Dan’s passion for real estate began to blossom after 10 years of working in the sales & marketing sector. He felt it was time for a change, to find a career that brought him joy, to find a job where he was working directly with people. So, he decided to be an “estate agent” in London, United Kingdom. However, the system there was completely different than the USA and felt unethical to him, so he decided to uproot yet again and begin his new adventure back were his whole life began, in Denver, Colorado.
At this stage, he was well accustomed to the idea that buying and selling property is just a byproduct of another major life event. Gaining insight from his personal life experiences, from moving both internationally and domestically, he knew he could help people find their dream home, or assist in building an impressive portfolio of rental properties so they could have a solid financial future for themselves and their families.
To Dan, real estate is so much more than buying and selling properties, it’s about turning ideas and dreams into a reality. Real Estate remains the #1 way to build true financial wealth and independence. Through real estate, people have the opportunity to live the life they once only dreamt of, no matter what that may have looked like for them.
Dan takes a more hands-on approach to real estate, he likes to build a rapport and relationship with his clients, building trust from the get-go and servicing his clients before, during, and after every sale. It is not a simple transaction, it is a business relationship built on deep trust, expert knowledge, and seamless communication.
When Dan isn’t working and creating real estate opportunities for his valued clients he is an avid skier and hiker around the beautiful Rocky Mountains region. Otherwise, he is spending quality time with his dog around Wash Park or occasionally seen attempting to boost his strength at Crossfit Colfax.
